M&M Constructions has brought our premier restaurant construction services to Manhattan this month, and we know you guys are going to be excited about this one! Our latest build is one of our favorite types of projects: a restaurant.
A teeming arterial street in Greenwich Village, Greenwich Avenue is home to a variety of business including fine eateries, making this a prime location for our friend and client’s new spot.
The all-new Jack & Charlies no. 118 is loosely created in the image of vintage speak-easies and James Bond-esque nights of martini sipping, without sacrificing a hard nod towards the quirky, New Age Greenwich Village feel. Their martini menu is rumored to both compliment and transcend tradition, which is just what a lot of NYC’s working class craves a sip of as they pass through Greenwich Ave.
With how things are looking today, NYC be gifted with this exciting new restaurant in no time; we’ve wrapped up all structural components, finished floors and walls, and are now adding finishing touches. Banquet furniture and light fixture installation are in the works, and we can’t wait to show you how it all comes together in the coming weeks. The M&M team is already planning on hitting their raw bar (and, well, actual bar) on opening week and we hope to see you all there!
