We encountered slight hiccup in our recent renovations on our HGTV featured property: Traces of asbestos in a heating pipe were discovered. This called for removal of this contaminant. After complete abatement of the asbestos was complete, we continued progress on the rough plumbing of the kitchen. The team removed a pipe above the sink , then installed the framework for the window. Lastly, insulation was installed in the exterior wall. With complete rough framing, electric wiring and plumbing, the property was inspected. Next we will continue work on the kitchen with sheet rock installation.
