Downtown Dedham is another step closer to accommodating its furry residents with luxury: M&M’s Dogtopia project has passed rough inspection and is coming together beautifully.
Upon passing, our team got to work on a drop ceiling, sheetrock, and insulation, which is now complete als0! With these features concealing HVAC, plumbing, and soundproofing components, the pet hotel-to-be feels a lot more real and ready for some furry guests. We’re now in the process of installing an emergency sprinkler system, the lighting, and all of the other often-overlooked intricacies that make a residential or commercial interior complete.
What’s next is a ceiling inspection (which we presume will be satisfied by our diligent and experienced work on the sprinklers, fire/CO detectors and alarms, etc.). Once we are officially “good to go” on that front, we can install ceiling tiling, and from there move into the more aesthetic parts of the project.
While flooring and painting installation may appear as visual elements, exclusively, there is much intention behind selecting them; transcending appearances.
